Lemony Fishgüetz
preparation
Preheat oven to 400˚ F
1- Rinse the fish inside and out and pat dry with a towel. Set aside onto a lightly oiled bake pan.
2- In a bowl mix together the breadcrumbs, spinach, garlic, butter, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3- Evenly place the stuffing into the cavity of the fish.
4- Place the lemon slices side by side on top of the stuffing. Close the top of the cavity.
5- Place 3-4 of thefoodloops around the fish and cinch tight.
6- Bake at 400˚ F for about 45 minutes(fish should be flakey).
7- Remove from the oven, let rest for a couple of minutes. Place the fish on serving dish.
8- Easily remove thefoodloops by pulling up tail end to unsnap or uncinch.
9- Garnish with remaining lemon slices and sprinkle on the chives. Serves 4.
